Don't Be Afraid to Mix Up the Beet Juice

I could spend this post like most of our posts simply discussing a long list of the benefits of beets (which you can find here... or here... or here); however, I would like to take a moment to touch on one concern you may have about drinking beet juice. 

Studies have shown that some people have a tougher time digesting beets.  In some cases, "it causes sickness, vomiting, giddiness, heartthrob, general weakness."  There is no reason to be concerned about these side effects because there is an easy solution!

We realize that straight beet juice might not be for everyone, but the benefits shouldn't be passed up! That is why we recommend mixing it with other vegetable juices.  When you combine it with some of our organic carrot juice, you can get some delicious beverages.  Here are a few I found:
