 Kicking off this new series, we're going to stick to a topic that we already know a lot about- What you should be drinking!

Now, although we will stand true behind our juice 100%, we also know that one of the best ways to start leading a healthier life is to make sure that your water intake is at a healthy level!  Water benefits the body in countless ways... Here are a few statistics:

  • Muscle consists of 75% water
  • Brain consists of 90% of water
  • Bone consists of 22% of water
  • Blood consists of 83% water

The functions of water in human body are vital. The water:

  • Transport nutrients and oxygen into cells
  • Moisturizes the air in lungs
  • Helps with metabolism
  • Protect our vital organ
  • Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better
  • Regulates body temperature
  • Detoxifies
  • Protect and moisturizes our joints
