Reduce Your Stress Level...

Wednesday, May 26, 2010 by Jennifer C
When you read the title of this post, you probably laughed.  When you look at your mile-long to-do list and the time you don't have to finish it, you (myself included) can't help; but laugh at the idea of reducing stress levels.

Obviously, Biotta's juices aren't going to magically complete all of your tasks (we're working on that formula), but our juices can help in managing and even reducing the amount of stress your body takes on.

One suggestion might be a glass of our Breakfast Blend in the morning to help give you the energy you need to make it through the day!

Another, more scientific approach would be Elderberry Juice!  Research shows that elderberry juice has very significant effects on reducing stress.

According to one scientist who completed the study“We only gave these people the elderberry for ten days,” he notes with expansive hand gestures. “We put them through typical stress tests, all the usual physical challenges, and the results were so remarkable, I checked them over and over.”

In the study, various bio-markers of stress, including glucose, magnesium and other plasma chemical levels, were analyzed. “What we found was that elderberry has this extraordinary effect for reducing stress,” Porta found that daily intake of elderberry extract greatly decreased susceptibility to stress, and significantly shortened recovery time from physical exertion."

Who knew that fresh juices could produce such beneficial results in the body!?  So next time the boss walks by and starts asking you about your TPS Reports, instead of reaching for the stress ball, reach for a bottle of Elderberry Juice!
