summer to be here! And with summer comes hours and hours of outdoors activities from sports, to yard work, and everything in between.
Today's topic of interest relating to caffeine has a very strong impact on summer activities- Dehydration.
Most of us would agree that as good as a nice pop tastes when it's really hot out, it doesn't do the best at making us feel that hydrated. That's because of caffeine's diuretic qualities. If you are not careful to replace your liquids, you can find yourself dehydrated quickly.
