Many people have asked about the shelf life of our juices here at Biotta.  Because vegetables are only harvested one time a year, we make sure to prepare our juices for the long haul.  

All of our organic vegetable juice and fruit juice have a shelf life of 2 1/2 years!  In that time, it will be just as fresh as the day you bought it.

You may wonder how we achieve such a long shelf life:

• Using non-gas-permeable bottles (glass)
• Bottles are packaged in cartons and protected from light and dust
• The juices are heated quickly and at a very low temperature, immediately cooled down allowing for the greatest possible retention of nutrients.
• Through gentle processing using as few stages as possible
