I just finished watching a video and reading an
article by a man named Dr. Mercola, who seems to be one of the biggest juice promoters I've ever seen! He was responding to a question submitted by a woman asking if vitamin supplements were sufficient in replacing vegetable juice. His simple response- No.
His article goes on to explain all the benefits that come from juicing...
Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. This is important
because most of us have impaired digestion as a result of making less-than-optimal food choices over many years. This limits your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. I recently read a short note on
