 This is the third part in a series devoted to giving you overall tips on how to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle... So far we have focused on water intake and physical activity, today we are going to look at the opposite of physical activity- Sleep!

Many of us would claim that the American outlook on life is "There just aren't enough hours in the day..."  We're constantly waking up earlier and staying up later just trying to stay caught up.  

Many sources still say that adults need at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night in order to stay healthy.
